WEEKLY MEETINGS
Weekly Community Call: This week’s OHDSI Community Call will focus on ongoing COVID-19 research throughout the OHDSI community. We’re very excited to have a trio of community leaders to present Tuesday at 11 am ET: Kristin Kostka will discuss CHARYBDIS 2.0, Daniel Prieto-Alhambra will share recent SCYLLA results, and George Hripcsak will present on the ongoing Vaccine AESI Incidence Characterization Study.
Many of you will have the calendar link in your OHDSI Teams environment. If not, you will need the specific meeting link to access the community call; it will also be posted in the main OHDSI Teams environment. As always, if you can’t make it, the recordings will be posted to both our Community Calls page and the General OHDSI Teams recordings folder.
The new Asia-Pacific (APAC) community calls, which are held every other week on Wednesdays at 10 pm ET, have been moved to the MS Teams environment. The next call will be this Wednesday, Feb. 24, and you can find the link in the OHDSI APAC team, or use this link to join the call.

2021 OHDSI Symposium Scientific Review Committee: Every year we assemble the Scientific Review Committee for the upcoming year’s symposium. This committee plays an integral role in peer-reviewing the submissions for the highly-esteemed Collaborator Showcase where the OHDSI community displays their research across many disciplines. We invite committee veterans to rejoin and also encourage newcomers to get involved. The first meeting will commence on Thursday, March 4 at 11am in Teams. The schedule will be every 3 weeks and not on a regular basis; on the first call we can determine if the 11am time works for all. Kindly fill out this form by Friday, Feb. 26 if you are interested in becoming a member of this important committee and help us work towards another great symposium!
